Product Description
-This is semi automatic egg carton production line, consists of a pulping system, a small egg box pulp moulded machine, sunshine drying/dryer drying, hot press system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
-Automation: Semi-automatic and fully automatic can be matched based on customer’s demand.
Capacity: 400/800/1000/1200/2000/3000 pieces per hour(More machine type and more capacity choice based on customer’s demand.)
-Raw material: Waste recycle paper, such as waste carton, newspaper, office waste paper and etc.
-Environmental friendly:
The seeding cups can be disposable and degradable in 60~90 days in soil.
The water is recycle used during production, no water pollution will cause.

Working Theory

Pulping System: |
Recycle paper will be made into pulp with certain concentration, including pupler, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, and control cabinet. |

Forming Machine: |
1200*800mm For Seeding cup size: 8*8cm on top, 7*7cm on bottom, 8cm height Can put 24sets molds, around 4300pcs/h |

Single layer dryer: |
To dry products, workers collect and pack dry products at end of dryer. |

Hot press machine system: |
To get more smooth and better shape. Optional for seeding cups. |

Vacuum System: |
Supply vacuum for forming machine. |

Supply compressed air for forming machine. |
Applications
By changing molds, the same reciprocating can make different shape of seeding cups, flower pots and make other paper trays, such as egg trays, egg boxes, fruit trays, cup carriers, industrial package items.
