Product Description
1.This is a semi-automatic egg carton machine, consists of a pulping system, a reciprocating forming machine, sunshine drying/dryer drying, hot press system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
2.Automation: Semi-automatic and fully automatic can be matched based on customer’s demand.
Capacity: 400/800/1000/1200/2000/3000 pieces per hour(More machine type and more capacity choice based on customer’s demand.)
3.Egg cartons can be dried under sunshine, which save the investment of a dryer and fuel. And a dryer can be added in future.
4.Raw material is the recycle waste paper, the egg trays and paper trays can be biodegradable in 60~90 days in soil.

Production Theory
-Put the recycle paper and water into the pulper to make them with a certain consistency;
-The products are formed in the mould of forming machine via vacuum suction;
-The workers transfer the wet products to dry in the drying yard outside the workshop;
-vacuum system provides the vacuum for the forming machine;
-Compressed air system provides the compressed air for the forming machine.
-Hot press system is optional for egg tray, fruit tray; and it is necessary for egg box, cup carrier and industrial package items.
