Match with highly effective 6 layer dryer and utilize the recycled heat from dryer to dry products, which can reduce the deformation and save fuel cost.

By changing the molds, the machine can produce different kind of products, such as egg carton, egg tray, fruit tray, cup carrier, kidney trays and etc.

Working Theory

1.The track or worker carries the raw material, such as waste paper, waste carton or used newspaper into the conveyor;
2.Then the conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper mixing with certain water;
3.Then the mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp storage tank.
4.The pulp will flow into the second pond called adjust pond, in which the pulp keeps a consistency stably;
5.The pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold with the effect of the vacuum. So the wet products are shaped.
6.Finally the wet products will move into the drying line automatically. The products will get totally dry and then go into stacker or get hot pressed and then get packed.
