Product Description
-The automatic pulp molding production line, including a pulping system, an egg carton pulp moulded machinery, a single drying line, hot press system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
-Capacity: 700/1000/1200/1500/1900/2400/2900 pieces per hour(depend on exact product dimension)
More machine type and more capacity choice based on customer’s demand.
-Raw material: Waste recycle paper, such as waste carton, newspaper, office waste paper and etc.
-Fuel for the dryer: Natural gas, LPG, Diesel , Coal, Steam,biomass etc.
-No water pollution, all the water is recycled used during production.
