Product Description
1.This is a semi-automatic round plate thermoforming machine, by changing molds, the machine can make paper plates, paper bowls, food boxes, food containers, cups and lids and etc.
2.Automation: Semi-automatic. Can match robots to transferring+edge cutting+stacking automatically.
3.Add water proof and oil proof chemical during operation, the tableware are water proof and oil proof.
4.Raw material is the clean virgin paper, which is food grade and the tableware can be biodegradable in 60~90 days in soil.

Production Theory
-Put the clean virgin paper and water into the pulper to make them with a certain consistency;
-The products are formed in the mould of forming machine via vacuum suction;
-The workers transfer the wet products to dry in hot press mould of the forming machine;
-Vacuum system provides the vacuum for the forming machine;
-Compressed air system provides the compressed air for the forming machine.
-Edge cutting system to cut extra edge and make the products more clean and neat.
-Disinfection system to kill the bacteria of the finished products and go package.
