Product Description
-TS-B is the semi automatic tableware production line, which needs labor to transfer to hot press+edge trim+stack. It can add robot to make it automatically.
-The production line includes a pulping system, forming machines, edge trimming system, disinfection system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
-Raw material: Clean virgin paper, such as bagasse paper, bamboo paper, wood paper and etc.
-Eco-friendly Food Tray Molding Machine:
The tableware items can be disposable and degradable in 60~90 days in soil.
The water is recycle used during production, no water pollution will cause.

Working Theory

Pulping System: |
Virgin paper sheet will be made into pulp with certain concentration, including pupler, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, and control cabinet. |

Forming Machine: |
1100*800mm plate size 1set for forming mould+2sets of hot press mould |

Edge Trimming : |
To cut extra edge of the finished products to get more clean and neat edge. |

Disinfection System: |
To kill bacteria on the products and then get package. |

Vacuum System: |
Supply vacuum for forming machine. |

Applications
By changing molds, the same forming machine can make different shape of tableware items, such as food trays, paper plates, paper bowls, paper cups, cup lids, lunch containers, clamshell and etc.
