TS-10B is the semi automatic tableware production line with around 6~8ton per day. More capacity option can be matched based on customer’s request.

By changing molds, this clamshell food box machine dry in mold can make paper plates, paper bowls, food containers, cups and lids and etc.

Products transfer+edge trimming+stack by manually. If matched robots, forming+transfer to hot press+edge trimming+stacking can be done automatically.

No pollution: No waste water discharge during production; Tableware items can be disposable in soil in around 60~90days.

2 Paper Clamshell Production Line

 

Working Theory

 

1.The track or worker carries the raw material, such as bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp or wood pulp into the conveyor;
2.Then the conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper mixing with certain water;
3.Then the mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp storage tank and add water proof and oil proof to mix.
4.The pulp will flow into the second pond called adjust pond, in which the pulp keeps a consistency stably;
5.The pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold with the effect of the vacuum. So the wet products are shaped.
6.Then labor transfers wet product to hot press on right or left working station.
7.Then labor takes the dry product to edge trimming on edge trimming machine.
8.Finally disinfect the products via UV disinfection machine and then get packed.
