Product Description
-This is an automatic thermoforming machine, product forming and hot pressing are completed automatically. Post process(edge trimming, punching) will be done by manually.
-The production line consists of a pulping system, themoforming machine, edge trimming system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
-Capacity: 20~40kg/h, 40~80kh/h, 140~160kg/h(More machine type and more capacity choice based on customer’s demand.)
-Raw material: Clean virgin pulp, such as bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and etc.
-Environmental friendly:
The finished products can be disposable and degradable in 60~90 days in soil.
The water is recycle used during production, no water pollution will cause.

Working Theory

Pulping System: |
Clean virgin paper will be made into pulp with certain concentration, including pupler, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, and control cabinet. |
