Product Description
This is a semi-auto fine industrial package equipment, product transfer to hot pressing, edge trimming and stacking are done manually.
Robot can be connected into the production line, so that the robot can take the wet products to hot press automatically.
Take sugarcane pulp or reeds pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp and other clean paper pulp as raw material, 100% biodegradable.
By changing the molds, the machine can produce different kind of products, such as cellphone box, laptop box, makeup box, wine box and other high quality industrial packages and etc.
The capacity of each single forming machine is round 20~40kg/hour, it can match multiple forming machine in the line. The exact capacity will be matched based on the customer’s demand.

Flow Chart
Working Theory
1.The track or worker carries the raw material, such as bagass pulp, bamboo pulp or wood pulp and etc;
2.Then the conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper mixing with certain water;
3.Then the mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp adjustment tank, adding the water proof and oil proof chemicals.
4.The pulp will flow into the second pond called pulp supply tank, in which the pulp keeps a consistency stably(around 0.3%);
5.The pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold with the effect of the vacuum. So the wet products are shaped.
6.Finally the wet products will move into the hot press mold automatically. Then the products will get edge cutting and packed manually.
