Product Description
1.This is a fine-art gift box pulp mould machine, consists of a pulping system, a reciprocating forming machine, robot arms, hot press system, edge trimming system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
2.Automation: Semi-automatic and fully automatic can be matched based on customer’s demand. robot arm can be connected, so that the wet products can be transferred to wet hot press machine automatically.
3.Capacity: 20~50kg/h, 40~100kg/h, 60~150kg/h, 80~200kg/h(More machine type and more capacity choice based on customer’s demand.)
4.The raw material is the clean virgin pulp, like bamboo pulp, bagasse pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp and etc.

Production Theory
-Put the clean paper and water into the pulper to make them with a certain consistency;
-The products are formed in the mould of forming machine via vacuum suction;
-The robot or workers transfer the wet products to dry in the wet hot press machine;
-Edge trimming system to trim extra edge of the products to get a clean and neat edge;
-vacuum system provides the vacuum for the forming machine;
-Compressed air system provides the compressed air for the forming machine.
