Egg tray machine is a general term for manufacturing pulp egg tray machinery for long-distance egg transportation. It is mainly composed of forming machine, hydraulic pulper, vacuum dehydrator, air compressor and drying oven. The forming machine is divided into four categories: reciprocating type, single-sided inverted suction, four-sided rotation and eight-sided rotation.
There are two kinds of hydraulic pulper discrete and horizontal, vacuum dehydrator is divided into three categories: roots vacuum pump, water ring vacuum pump and roots blower, and the air compressor is a piston air compressor. The drying box is composed of induced draft fan, homogenizing plate, steel wire conveyor belt and hot air circulation. There are many types of egg tray machines, and replacing different molds can also produce various types of industrial packaging (pulp molding).
Because the entire production process is recycled waste reuse and does not emit pollution sources, it is called green protection machinery.
