2 Bedpan Pulp Mold Production Line

 

Working Theory

 

1.The track or worker carries the raw material, such as clean virgin paper or recycle paper on the conveyor;
2.Then the conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper mixing with certain water;
3.Then the mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp storage tank and add more water to mix.
4.The pulp will flow into the second pond called adjust pond, in which the pulp keeps a consistency stably;
5.The pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold by vacuum. So the wet products are shaped;
6.Then machine transfers wet product on the dryer or the labor transfer the wet products on the dryer or on sunshine drying;
7.Then labor takes the dry product to hot press on hot press machine and then get packed.
