Product Description
1.This is a automatic disposable paper kidney tray moulding machine, by changing molds, the machine can make paper kidneys, egg trays, egg cartons, shoe trays, cup carriers and etc.
2.Automation: Products are formed and transfer on dryer automatically. Hot press and package will be done by manually.
3.Can add water proof chemical during operation, so that the medical kidneys will be water proof.
4.Raw material is the clean virgin paper or recycle paper, the used medical paper trays can be biodegradable in 60~90 days in soil.

Production Theory
-Put the recycle paper or clean virgin paper and water into the pulper to make them with a certain consistency;
-The products are formed in the mould of forming machine via vacuum suction and then drop down the products on the dryer;
-The dryer will dry the products and transfer to hot press area or package area;
-Vacuum system provides the vacuum for the forming machine;
-Compressed air system provides the compressed air for the forming machine.
-Edge cutting system to cut extra edge and make the products more clean and neat(optional).
-Disinfection system to kill the bacteria of the finished products and go package(optional).
