1. Pulping system
The pulping part is an indispensable part of the pulp molding production process. We can mix old newspapers, magazines, cartons and other waste paper into a certain concentration of slurry through shredding, screening, adding chemical additives and other processes for molding.
The main equipment of the pulp system are: hydraulic pulper, vibrating screen, concentration controller, agitator, automatic adding pulp system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, pulp barrel, bucket, etc. According to the different requirements for the quality of finished products, it is appropriate to choose to increase thick slurry, fine pulp equipment, such as pressure screen, refiner, etc.
2. Forming system
By vacuum, the slurry is uniformly attached to the special forming mold to form a wet blank product, which is then transferred to the drying system or naturally dried.
Third, the drying system
After pulping and molding, pulp products generally contain high moisture, and need to be dried to remove moisture in the product.
