Product Description
-The production line includes a pulping system, a moulding machine, a dryer, a hot press system, vacuum system, air compressor system and auxiliary equipment.
-The automatic paper moulding industrial package machine makes the products and then transfers to dryer automatically, then hot press and pack by manual.
-Capacity: 2~3ton/day, 3~5ton/day, 4~6ton/day, 6~8ton/day, 10~12ton/day.
More machine type and more capacity choice based on customer’s demand.
-Raw material:all kinds of waste paper, such as corrugated paper, newspaper, old books and etc.
-Heating Fuel: Natural Gas, LPG, diesel, steam, coal, electricity, bio fuel
-No water pollution, all the water is recycled used during production.
-After using the industrial packages, they will be disposable in soil in around 90days.
